Who am I?

Who am I?

I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am a wife, I am a friend. I am an aunt. I am a niece. I am a granddaughter…

But that answers the question: “What are your relationship labels?”

Who am I?

I am a writer, wanderer, explorer, coach, creativity therapist.

But that answers the question: “What do you do?”

Who am I?

I am happy. I am sad. I am jealous. I am strong. I am courageous. I am ecstatic. I am peace. I am calmness. I am forgiving. I am grateful. I am angry. 

But that answers the question: “What is your emotional state.”

Who am I?

I am gorgeous. I am beautiful. I am glowing. I am short. I am over-weight. 

But that answers the question: “How do you describe your body?”

Who am I?

I am healthy. I am fit. I am well. I am unwell. I am Diabetic. 

But that answers the question: “How is your health?”

Who am I?

I am inspired. I am motivated. I am depressed. I am confident. I am insecure. I am terrified. I am enthusiastic.

But that answers the question: “How do you feel mentally?”

Who am I?

I am rich. I am poor. I am generous. I am kind. I am wealthy. I am prosperous.

But that answers the question: “What is your financial status?”

Who am I?

I am wise. I am intelligent. I am curious. I am an explorer. I am a dreamer. I am creative.

But that answers the question: “What are your intellectual pursuits?”

Who am I?

I am sitting. I am breathing. I am eating. I am painting. I am talking.

But that answers the question: “What are you doing?”

Who am I?

I am here. I am there. I am in this moment. I with my loved ones. I am in love. I am in the now.

But that answers the question: “Where are you?”

Who am I?

I am a work in progress. I am a spiritual being on a human journey. I am pieces of a puzzle coming together. I am the lessons I am here to learn. 

But that answers the question: “Why do you think you are born into this body?”

Who am I?

I am aware. I am awakened. I am blessed. I am grateful. I am graceful.

But that answers the question: “How do you feel about your present state of being?”

Who am I?

I am tired. I am energised. I am fatigued. I am ready to go. I am exhausted.

But that answers: “How is your body feeling?” 

Who am I?

I am!

And that answers the question: Who am I?
